Who are we?
DCX specializes in the engineering of critical sites and facilities. We focus on data centers, protected structures and command and control centers. DCX consists of three departments and main areas of expertise:
- Project Management Department
- Commissioning Department
- Communications Department
Our company relies on an in-house highly skilled team, made up of engineers with unique experience in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering along with experts in the areas of Communications and Control.
Our company is involved in many of the leading, largest and most complex projects in Israel in the area of the erection of computer facilities in general and protected facilities in particular. We work for the private sector as well as for government and institutional clients.
The combination of our departments enables us to offer our clients a variety of specialized services which take advantage of the synergy between the different fields of knowledge involved, ensuring an optimal combination between complex technological requirements and the infrastructural design. Furthermore, our activity builds on a close cooperation between the planning team and the client, and during the implementation of the project – with the contractors as well. The coordination covers the different areas: architecture, physical protection, electricity, HVAC, fuel, communications security, control, extra-low-voltage systems and any other pertinent area in the project.
Integration is critical to the success of the project and we analyze it constantly with a multi-system view in order to make sure the client’s needs are met fully.
Project Management Department: M
The department specializes in the specification and management of complex projects which include requirements for combined demands for availability, survivability and redundancy such as computer facilities, control facilities and other critical facilities.
Commissioning Department: CX
The department specializes in commissioning services and in multi-disciplinary verification of engineering. The department focuses of engineering and includes a team whose experience is in the area of computer facilities and critical facilities.
IT and Communications Department: C
The department specializes in the specification and management of complex projects which include requirements such as redundancy and high operational continuity such as computer facilities, control facilities and critical facilities.
